Drying runs until moisture readings meet target thresholds. We verify with meters, document the results, and confirm the structure is clear before we close the job.

Moisture logs, photo documentation, and drying records are compiled throughout the job. When your adjuster asks, the file is ready. We hand it over directly.
Arrival within hours of your call. Active extraction typically runs two to four hours. Structural drying runs two to five days depending on material saturation.
